Mashreq is seeking a UAE National Credit Relationship Manager for Real Estate and Banking. The role focuses on preparing and submitting Credit Proposals for existing reviews, amendments and NTB clients, including facility structuring, BIR, financial spreads and comments, account conduct, rating generation and PREM Moodys familiarity. You will gather information from clients, monitor CP expiries and maturities, insurance and valuations, and covenant testing while keeping portfolio data up to date (LRD, DSCR, OD utilization). Build solid client relationships and collaborate with Ops, Documentation, Credit Admin and Credit. Credit Relationship Manager:

  • Support in preparation and submission of Credit Proposals (CP) for both existing (Annual Reviews and Amendments) and New To Bank (NTB) clients. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
    • Facility structuring;
    • BIR;
    • Financial spreads and comments on financials;
    • Account conduct;
    • Generate Ratings
    • Well versed with PREM/Moodys
    • Directly liaise with customers (in consultation with the RMs) for information / clarifications;
    • eName checks. 
  • Monitor:
    • CP expiries and update database on a weekly basis for expired, submitted and queried CPs;
    • Upcoming maturities;
    • Insurance expiries;
    • Valuation expiries;
    • Covenant testing 

       

  • Communicate:

Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders and clients for the following:

  • Maintain up-to-date operational performance data of the portfolio (LRD, DSCR and OD utilization etc.)
    • Develop strong working relationship with the clients enabling to engage them freely to resolve issues. 
    • Excellent rapport with internal stakeholders (Ops, Documentation, Credit Admin and Credit)
