Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Credit Risk System and Strategy Analyst in Manchester to shape, implement, and monitor credit risk systems and policies that power our acquisition strategy across Fixed and O2 Consumer mobile, working with the Credit Risk System and Strategy Lead to refine the approach, using MI and data to drive strategic recommendations, support issue resolution and ensure robust monitoring of outcomes, while collaborating with analytics and data teams to document processes that interact with credit risk systems and guarantee accurate decisioning. The must haves include strong knowledge of credit risk and fraud prevention, experience developing and improving acquisition strategies, implementing systems and policies aligned with business strategy, proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, SAS or transferrable coding, plus MS Office and advanced Excel, and the ability to partner with analytics teams to assess impact. Desirable items include familiarity with PowerCurve, Strategy Design Studio or FICO, experience with Experian, Equifax or TransUnion bureau services, strong problem solving and a creative approach. Additionally, you will work closely with other teams to detail processes that interact with credit risk systems to guarantee accurate outcomes.
