In roles across Frozen, Fountain, Expo or Switchboard, you’ll deliver a SuperSONIC guest experience by creating and packaging menu items, staying proactive in a fast paced setting, communicating with teammates to stay motivated, guiding customers through customizable orders, and upholding safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate brings a contagious positive attitude, calm under pressure, resilience, a strong willingness to learn, multitasking ability, team spirit, and clear communication with basic math and reading skills. The Job:

As a SONIC Drive-In Crew Member – which may include Frozen, Fountain, Expo, or Switchboard – your primary responsibility is to provide every guest with a SuperSONIC experience by:

• Creating and packaging delicious menu items
• Trying to beat your best record, every time
• Being proactive (If you’re not busy now, you may be in 5 minutes!)
• Continuously communicating with team to help motivate
• Being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations
• Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

Restaurant Team Member Requirements:

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to be flexible in all situations based on restaurant business need
• Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills
• Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at Sonic Drive-In restaurants
• General knowledge and understanding of the food service / restaurant industry or retail operations preferred, but not required
