SONIC Drive-In is hiring a Crew Member for franchisee D.L. Rogers Corp in Carthage MO. This full-time onsite role may include Frozen, Fountain, Expo or Switchboard duties, and your job is to deliver a SuperSONIC guest experience by creating and packaging items, communicating with teammates, and upholding safety and sanitation standards while guiding guests through customizable orders. You’ll need a contagiously positive attitude, calm under pressure, resilience, a willingness to learn, strong multitasking and clear communication, plus basic math and reading skills and flexibility for nights weekends and holidays. The Job:

As a SONIC Drive-In Crew Member – which may include Frozen, Fountain, Expo, or Switchboard – your primary responsibility is to provide every guest with a SuperSONIC experience by:

• Creating and packaging delicious menu items
• Trying to beat your best record, every time
• Being proactive (If you’re not busy now, you may be in 5 minutes!)
• Continuously communicating with team to help motivate
• Being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations
• Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

Restaurant Team Member Requirements:

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to be flexible in all situations based on restaurant business need
• Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills
• Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at Sonic Drive-In restaurants
• General knowledge and understanding of the food service / restaurant industry or retail operations preferred, but not required
