VML is seeking a CRM Campaign Developer/Specialist to lead the technical construction, segmentation and deployment of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, bridging creative design and practical execution. You’ll actively build responsive HTML emails, develop dynamic personalization logic (AMPScript or Liquid), write SQL to segment audiences, and configure automated journeys, with rigorous QA using Litmus or Email on Acid. The role requires 2–4 years in email development or marketing technology, strong hand coded HTML/CSS for diverse email clients, and solid SQL skills, plus the ability to work cross functionally with design, marketing and engineering. Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze experience and certifications; familiarity with CDPs or Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus. Salary ranges 55,000 to 80,000 CAD, with hybrid work in GTA or Greater Montreal, four days in office. To apply, tailor your CV to showcase tangible campaign builds, include links to samples or a portfolio, highlight tools you’ve used, and demonstrate how you ensure reliable delivery and meaningful engagement.
