Galadari Brothers is seeking a CRM Executive to manage end-to-end CRM campaigns and content setup for email, SMS, and paid social, with strict tracking and reporting. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, supporting the CRM Manager, and generating weekly and monthly sales reports, plus crafting insightful campaign performance reports with stakeholders. The candidate will call customers daily for MSI surveys with an 80% call-success target, handle customer issues, and manage supplier relationships, including preparing fact sheets and issuing LPOs. Ad hoc projects may be assigned. Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute CRM campaigns as per given instructions.
  2. Setup of content for E-Mail, SMS and Paid Social Campaigns.
  3. Ensure full tracking of executed campaigns.
  4. Assisting the CRM Manager in the day to day coordination with other departments.
  5. Generate Weekly & Monthly Sales reports requested.
  6. Liaise with various stakeholders to help creating meaningful reports on Campaign Performance.
  7. Calling customers every day for MSI survey (Sales & Service)
  8. Achieve 80% successful calls from MSI Sales as target.
  9. Prepare monthly MSI Sales report
  10. Handling & communicate with customers problems and complaints.
  11. Prepare fact sheet for CRM suppliers – Approval & sending LPO to supplier.
  12. Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
