Swissquote is seeking a CRM Manager to lead an engineering team of .NET Microsoft Dynamics experts responsible for the CRM and its Marketing, Customer Care and Sales modules. You will own delivery, organize work under agile principles, evaluate team capability, plan technical investments, and collaborate with stakeholders across the bank while mentoring team members and conducting regular assessments. Requirements include a Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, proven project leadership, Dynamics experience, agile know how, fluent English, and strong communication and leadership skills; .NET knowledge is a plus. You will oversee an engineering team of .NET / MSD software engineers and experts. The mission of the team is to develop and maintain .NET based application, Swissquote‘s CRM, based on Microsoft Dynamics, and it’s different modules for Marketing (Customer Insights), Customer Care (Customer Service), and Sales. At the heart of our client activities, you will be in direct communication with our stakeholders, partners and other SWE teams.
