Coles Group is looking for a casual Customer Service Agent (CSA) in Seymour to drive Coles vans, deliver customer orders, and help with picking and packing. You'll navigate busy streets, stay on your feet to unload groceries, and work flexible shifts 5am-1pm or 1pm-11pm. Candidates should hold a full or provisional Australian driver’s licence with at least 12 months driving experience and a safe driving record, consent to police and driving history checks, and the stamina for lifting and stairs. As a Customer Service Agent (CSA) you’ll get behind the wheel of our iconic Coles vans and help deliver customer orders to our customers homes. For this role you’ll safely navigate your local neighbourhoods to deliver customers shopping to their homes during the day or night. You’ll also help with picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery.
