ENGIE is seeking a Culture & Capability Partner in Melbourne to lead key people development, engagement and culture initiatives that strengthen capability and support business performance, working with People leaders and stakeholders to shape programs that help our people and organisation thrive. Responsibilities include talent management and succession planning, designing a learning and leadership development calendar, driving DEI initiatives, leading employee engagement programs, partnering with People and Safety to promote psychological safety and wellbeing, and using data to measure impact. You’ll bring tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology, OD or a related field, plus proven experience in organisational development, learning and leadership development, and delivering culture programs aligned to business objectives; strong project and change management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to think commercially and be data driven.
