HESTA is seeking a Culture & Experience Programs Coordinator in Melbourne to drive logistics for engagement, wellbeing, DEI and capability programs, support the Learning Management System, and deliver events. You’ll build relationships across a P&C function, translate participation data into insights, and help the team plan smarter. The right candidate is highly organised, comfortable with data and LMS tools, and a communicator who thrives juggling multiple programs. Experience in HR or People & Culture is ideal, with curiosity for culture, wellbeing and inclusion.
