Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  • Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing of floors, hallways, stairwells and other facility areas
  • Cleaning and refinishing gym floors as needed
  • Vacuuming and shampooing rugs and carpets
  • Cleaning, polishing and dusting of furniture and fixtures
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and replenishing supplies
  • Washing windows, walls, mirrors and other areas
  • Collecting and disposing of all waste products
  • Assisting with the relocation of property
  • Reporting of items requiring repair and/or replacement
  • Setting up/tearing down areas needed for special events or meetings
  • Shoveling/plowing snow, sanding/salting walks and steps as needed
  • Picking up debris outside of building
  • Working sporting events as needed
  • Performing all other duties assigned by administration or the General Manager
