Sainsbury's is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager - Online in Spalding to lead the online picking and delivery team and ensure seamless online service. You’ll be a visible coaching leader who develops shoppers and drivers, collaborates with managers to optimise the store experience, and manages performance, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay. The role requires early starts, typically 04:00–08:00. Essentials include proven line management in a fast paced environment, a track record of excellent customer service and KPIs, and confident employee relations and operational leadership even in the absence of senior support.
