Your Opportunity

As a Customer Care Consultant, you’ll be the face of our business, supporting customers across Australia through our call centre. You’ll provide timely, high‑quality service and help customers find the right solutions from our extensive product range while contributing to sales and delivering on our Customer Promise.

From solving customer queries to identifying future sales opportunities, your work will make a real difference to the customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage sales, service and backorder enquiries, aiming for first‑call resolution
  • Build strong relationships with customers, Account Managers and internal teams
  • Use questioning techniques and systems (FOCUS) to provide the best product and service solutions
  • Identify future sales or cross‑selling opportunities
  • Support team members and contribute to group projects
  • Seek ways to improve processes and create efficiencies
  • Maintain compliance with all legal, ethical, HSE and internal standards

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a call centre (industrial supply/trade knowledge is an advantage)
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
  • Ability to work well in a team and foster positive relationships
  • Computer literacy (Windows, telephony systems)
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse and solve customer issues
  • Friendly, customer‑focused attitude and commitment to high service standards
