YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an approachable and organised Customer Care Consultant to provide phenomenal support within our Portland Trade Store!

Acting as the face of the business, you will bring friendliness and effective communication over the phone, in person and over email. There is a lot to learn; making this role ideal for someone looking for exposure to all aspects of what it takes to provide fantastic service within a trade store.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and email.
  • Provide expert advice on a wide range of industrial products.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shopfront.
  • Uphold safety standards and foster a positive team culture.

Our Ideal Candidate will have

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is highly regarded but not required for this role
  • Positive and clear customer service manner - both verbally and over email
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Good physical fitness
