What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Provide advice and support across our range of industrial and trade products
  • Assist with store merchandising, stock presentation, and promotional displays
  • Support stock replenishment, stock resets, and maintaining a well-presented trade store
  • Accurately process orders, enquiries, and customer information using internal systems
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Contribute to a safe, productive, and customer-focused workplace
