This UAE Nationals only position at Emirates NBD seeks a Bachelor’s degree holder with up to three years of experience to own the Voice of Customer framework, ensure timely survey launches and data publication, maintain a VOC tracker and data exchange timelines, and identify opportunities to streamline processing while serving as the single point of contact for VoC execution. You will coordinate with stakeholders and service providers, escalate data readiness delays, and bring survey or research experience as a plus.
