MYOB is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist in Christchurch for a fulltime onsite role that blends technical support with outstanding customer care. In the first six months you’ll assist customers through migrations to our next generation online products, then have the opportunity to move into other teams while continuing to deliver world class service and drive ongoing improvements. You’ll engage via phone, email, and self service tools, troubleshoot using strong analytical skills, and build rapport to maximise customer value. The Opportunity
Using your passion for delivering outstanding service, step into a role where you will play a key role in supporting MYOB customers by delivering high quality, adaptable technical support and customer service. - Provide outstanding support to MYOB customers utilising phone, email, and self-service tools for current and future products
- Support customers as they migrate to our next generation online products
- Deliver world class service by responding to migration queries and ensuring customers get the most from their relationship with MYOB
- Identify and implement ongoing service improvements to better support our customer base
What You Will Bring
- An interest in Accounting or the IT industry
- Customer support or customer service experience
- Strong analytical skills that translate to excellent troubleshooting and solution skills in business applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and rapport building ability
