Position Summary:The Strategic Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening Evident’s (an Xpansiv company) key commercial relationships across the global clean energy ecosystem. This includes the I-TRACK Foundation, local issuers, platform operators, registrants, and participants. The role ensures partners receive exceptional service, supports market integrity, and drives adoption of Evident’s registry platform services for Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs).

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders that form part of the Evident ecosystem from a relationship and commercial perspective, including the I-TRACK Foundation, local issuers, and other key users of Evident’s registry platform.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and alignment with Evident's mission.
  • Support onboarding of new partners to Evident’s ecosystem from a commercial perspective, ensuring smooth integration with Evident's platform. This will include Local Issuers, API Users, Platform Operators and Data Verifiers.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with Evident's standards and the International Attribute Tracking Standard.
  • Identify and monitor KPIs to determine the performance and health of the ecosystem elements.
  • Stay informed on global EAC market developments, regulatory changes, and sustainability trends.
  • Provide insights to internal teams to shape product development and strategic initiatives.
  • Proactively address ecosystem concerns and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Work closely with policy, product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver seamless service and support.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Energy, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account or relationship management, preferably in SaaS or energy markets.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies.
  • Familiarity with Energy Attribute Certificates or similar sustainability frameworks.
  • Understanding of EAC markets and international standards (e.g., I-REC, GHG Protocol).
  • Knowledge of compliance and governance in energy or sustainability sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical ability to interpret market data.

Base Salary:Compensation for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, knowledge, education and training. However, compensation range for this role is expected to be as follows:£65,000- £70,000
