Elaris is a luxury beauty destination in Dubai, known for refined service, discretion, and exceptional client experience. We are seeking a Customer Retention Manager to own client loyalty, repeat visits, and long-term relationships across our salon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer retention and loyalty strategy for Elaris

  • Build and manage VIP programs, memberships, and repeat-visit initiatives

  • Own the full client journey and ensure a consistent luxury experience

  • Manage CRM data, client segmentation, and personalized communication

  • Handle escalated client feedback with professionalism and discretion

  • Work closely with salon management and front-of-house teams to maintain service standards

  • Track retention KPIs, repeat rates, and client lifetime value

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in customer retention, guest relations, or CRM

  • Background in luxury beauty, hospitality, or premium service brands

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and client data

  • Experience in the Dubai / UAE market preferred

  • Polished communication and strong relationship-management skills
