Crystalbrook Collection is hiring a Customer Sales Advisor for its Reservations Team in Cairns to support seven distinctive hotels across Australia. You will manage reservations across phone, email and webchat, convert enquiries into bookings, upsell where appropriate, and keep accurate records in multiple systems while delivering personalised guest experiences. Ideal applicants have hospitality or reservations experience, excellent communication, a collaborative mindset, strong organisation and a sense of urgency. This full time onsite role runs Monday to Friday with occasional weekends. This team is responsible for delivering seamless, personalised booking experiences for guests contacting us via inbound phone calls, email and webchat. Using best-in-class service, communication and negotiation skills, you will convert enquiries into bookings while strengthening customer engagement and loyalty.
