Position: Trade Customer Service Administrator (UK and Rest of World)

Location: Kingswinford, West Midlands

Salary: £27,491 per annum

Permanent, office based – 35 hours per week

We're looking for a highly organised Trade Customer Service Administrator to be the central point of contact for our UK Trade dealers, Local Authorities and ROW (Rest of World) dealers. You'll own the order-to-invoice journey end to end, working closely with Operations, Business Development Managers, our Warehouse, Technical Support, Finance and our overseas factory to make sure every order, enquiry and export runs smoothly and every dealer relationship is well looked after.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acknowledge and process every order promptly and accurately, within target, keeping dealers reassured and in the loop.

  • Manage and progress every order from receipt through to invoicing, staying on top of any issues before they arise.

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for the orders you're handling, coordinating with the right people to keep things moving smoothly.

  • Keep Business Development Managers confidently up to date across their order book, freeing them up to focus on their dealer relationships.

  • Produce clear, accurate KPI reporting for Local Authority contracts, helping us demonstrate great service and stay compliant.

  • Resolve dealer issues with care, finding outcomes that work for everyone and protect the relationship.

  • Coordinate warranty cases with our Trade Technical Support team, processing warranty orders correctly and promptly.

  • Work closely with Finance to keep pre-payments accurate and on track.

  • Liaise with carriers to arrange export shipments, with preparation of export documentation where required.

  • Pitch in flexibly across the team, helping keep the customer experience consistently excellent.

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise a busy, deadline-driven workload.

• High attention to detail across every task, big or small.

• Confident, customer-focused communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building rapport.

• A collaborative, problem-solving mindset, someone who takes ownership of an issue and sees it through to resolution.

• Practical experience using an ERP system for sales order processing – experience with NetSuite would be a bonus, though full training will be given.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• A team player who's equally comfortable working independently and pitching in to support colleagues.

• Knowledge of the Local Authority and Disabled Facilities Grant process (desirable not essential).
