Job Overview

Strengthens customer relationships by acting as a liaison between customer and any internal points of contact.

Job Requirements

    • Respond to requests for technical information, technical documentation, catalogs, and wiring manuals (with support from the technical team).
    • Manage requests for part number identification or equivalent alternatives in compliance with applicable standards, specifications, or competitive references (with support from the technical team).
    • Handle requests for extensions of existing products.
    • Prepare commercial quotations.
    • Manage and follow up on the quotation portfolio for assigned customers.
    • Review customer orders or contracts.
    • Take responsibility for receiving, validating, and preparing the entry of manual orders, as well as checking EDI orders.
    • Process order amendments.
    • Monitor and follow up on the order backlog.
    • Resolve pricing discrepancies and disputes.
    • Be responsible for the administrative processing of returns due to non‑conformance and/or delivery issues.
    • Monitor consignment stock levels.
     

What your background should look like

  • Two‑year degree (Bac +2) in Business Administration, Sales Management, or International Trade.
  • First successful experience within a customer service department in a demanding industrial environment.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail, customer‑focused mindset, and team spirit are essential to succeed in this role.
