  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with rental inquiries and reservations.
  • Process rental transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Explain rental policies and procedures to customers and ensure they understand their responsibilities.
  • Inspect rental vehicles for damage and document any issues.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries and pick-ups with customers.
  • Upsell additional products and services to maximize revenue.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of rental fleet availability and make recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive work
    environment.



Requirements

  • Strong selling & customer service skills. 
  • Ability to handle customers in efficient and professional manner. 
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment; ability to handle multiple customers and transactions at the same time. •
  • Computer proficient. 
  • Willingness to work in flexible hours, extended hours including weekends and holidays. 
  • Flexible to work in different counter locations within Dubai & Sharjah.
