- Provide
excellent customer service by assisting customers with rental inquiries and reservations.
- Process rental transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Explain rental policies and procedures to customers and ensure they
understand their responsibilities.
- Inspect rental vehicles for damage and document any issues.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and pick-ups with customers.
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize revenue.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of rental fleet availability and make recommendations
based on customer needs.
- Complete administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a
positive work
environment.
Requirements
