Coles Group is hiring a full‑time Customer Service Manager for Kurri Kurri to run front of store and checkout operations, reporting to the Store Manager. You’ll lead a fast paced, customer facing team, drive sales targets, rostering and cost control, and ensure a welcoming, safe store that reflects Coles’ purpose of helping Australians eat and live better. Key focus areas are coaching and developing staff, maintaining service standards, and fostering a one team culture prioritising health and wellbeing. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the customer service department and front of store operations. With responsibility for our checkouts and customer service desk, you’ll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.
