Certis Australia is hiring a full-time on-site Customer Service Officer in Brisbane to greet attendees, answer inquiries, resolve issues, support event planning, collect feedback and maintain accurate records with a close knit team. The role requires flexible availability across days, weekends and weeknights and the stamina to stand and move throughout events. Desirable RSA and a driver’s licence are beneficial, though travel to multiple locations can be arranged. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept

• Be the Face of Excellence: Greet and assist event attendees with a warm and professional demeanour.
• Resolve with Precision: Address and resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate Seamlessly: Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring all customer-related aspects run smoothly.
• Gather Insights: Collect and analyse customer feedback to enhance future events.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with event coordinators and team members to deliver outstanding events.

Role Requirements

• You must be available on Days, weekends and weeknights.
• Long periods of standing and walking are required so you must have the physical ability for this.

Desirable

• Current RSA
• Current drivers licence is beneficial but not essential, otherwise you need to be able to get to various locations as required.
