About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused English/Farsi Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support via phone, email, and text. The ideal candidate will assist customers with scheduling, enrollments, payment processing, and general inquiries while delivering a positive customer experience.

Core Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and text
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries

Scheduling & Enrollment Support

  • Schedule and reschedule appointments using the company scheduling system
  • Assist customers with enrollments and payment processing

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare evaluation reports
  • Coordinate with instructors and support daily administrative operations

Candidate Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • Fluent in English and Farsi (spoken and written)
  • Strong customer service, communication, and call handling skills
  • Excellent written communication skills for email and text support
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and comfortable learning new systems
