Core Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

Respond to customer inquiries via email and text

Provide timely and accurate information regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries
Scheduling & Enrollment Support

Schedule and reschedule appointments using the company scheduling system

Assist customers with enrollments and payment processing
Administrative Support

Maintain accurate customer records and prepare evaluation reports
