NZ Safety Blackwoods in Auckland is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic contact centre, serving as the first point of contact for new and existing customers and turning inquiries into timely, accurate solutions. You’ll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, provide clear information, and become a product and service knowledge expert after training. The role is 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, based at Kerrs Road, Wiri, with a 4-6 week training period and ongoing development. • Full Time, Permanent
• 40 hours a week: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Based at Kerrs Road, Wiri, Manukau

As a Customer Service Representative in our Contact Centre, you will be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers, ensuring every interaction is met with exceptional service. With your quick thinking and solutions-oriented approach, you will create a positive and refreshing customer experience.

We provide a supportive and flexible work environment, along with comprehensive training and ongoing professional development to ensure your success. During the initial 4–6 weeks, you will participate in structured training at our head office, to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Receiving customer interactions and building effective relationships with our key stakeholders.
• Providing clear and concise information, processing requests and making good business decisions.
• Creating loyalty with our customers through providing an outstanding customer experience
• an absolute knowledge guru on all NZ Safety Blackwoods products & services (full training will be provided on this!)

 What will you bring?

• Prior Call Centre / Contact Centre / Phone based Customer Services Experience
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Confident in learning new digital platforms and tech savvy (navigating a variety of IT systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
