MSD is hiring multiple full-time permanent Customer Service Representatives (Kaihāpai Moni Oranga) to join a Hamilton onsite contact centre. In this role you will be the first point of contact for diverse clients, handling inbound calls to guide people through services, provide clear information, show empathy and resolve issues using available tools. Expect 37.55 hours per week with rostered shifts, you must be reliable and comfortable with technology, able to navigate complex situations.
