MSD is hiring multiple full-time, permanent Customer Service Representatives to join the Henderson contact centre, starting 28 September 2026. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through services with empathy on inbound calls and helping people from diverse backgrounds access support. The role requires reliability for a 37.55 hour week, rostered shifts, and comfort with technology, plus a structured training programme and ongoing development.
