You’ll be the primary contact for operational performance alongside the account manager, communicating actions and results between customer and site, monitoring service levels, and establishing customer specific workflows and SOP compliance. You’ll drive continuous improvement, transfer best practices across sites, and execute on-site projects while supporting growth with the Business Development Manager and ensuring contract requirements are clear and executable. Requirements include High School Diploma, 1–2 years administrative experience, and 2 years logistics experience preferred; highlight tangible achievements, contract familiarity, and cross-site collaboration in your application.
