Te kaupapa o te tūranga – About the role

Hours of work are:

  • Friday and Saturday  11.30am - 8.30pm

This exciting and dynamic role is a perfect fit for someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be stationed at our in-store customer services checkout, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries and providing advice to processing returns, exchanges and refunds. You will supervise and support the Checkout area making sure that all transactions run smoothly and efficiently.

We're looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods
