Water Corporation is hiring a Customer Solutions, Senior Consultant in Balcatta for the 24/7 Faults Team, guiding customers through emergencies, coordinating field crews, and delivering real-time updates to restore services. The role offers flexible options, with full time and part time, shifts at 6am or 6pm and rotating rosters across 6am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday, plus weekend penalty rates. You’ll be the first contact, provide clear advice, resolve complex enquiries, and maintain records including critical shut-off instructions. And because life happens outside of work too, we offer full time and part-time shifts 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, and structured rotating rosters between 6am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with rosters provided several weeks in advance. Whether it's school drop-offs, study commitments, fitness goals, family time or simply enjoying more flexibility in your week, you'll have the certainty to plan. Plus, weekend shifts offer the opportunity to earn additional income through penalty rates.
Working closely with field crews and operational teams, you'll be at the centre of the action, coordinating responses, sharing real-time updates, and helping restore services quickly when incidents occur.
