Octus is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to drive user adoption, retention, and relationships within the buyside space from the London office on a hybrid basis. You will become an Octus product expert, lead onboarding for new subscribers, monitor account health, and collaborate with sales, editorial, product, and tech to turn client feedback into improvements and expansion opportunities. This is an excellent fit for early-career professionals (0–2 years) with a business or finance degree who are genuinely excited by finance, subscription services, and credit markets. Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and a self-starter mindset are essential. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for increasing user adoption, driving retention rates, promoting processes, and developing relationships within the buyside space, while also helping support the wider team.
