About the role 

We’re looking for a Customer Support team member to join the team on a 6-month contract, supporting the rollout of the New Zealand Loyalty Program on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis.

 

This is a hands-on operational role where you’ll continue delivering day-to-day Customer Support outcomes, while also supporting the rollout of new loyalty processes and customer experiences. 

 

You’ll act as a strong, experienced operator in the team – helping manage customer demand and supporting new loyalty-related enquiries, escalations and processes as they’re introduced. 

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Managing customer enquiries across phone, email and live chat 
  • Supporting customers through their online purchasing journey 
  • Resolving order-related issues (Click & Collect, Special Orders and Trade enquiries) 
  • Handling loyalty-related enquiries (points, rewards, balances, account updates and promotions) 
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues, escalating where required 
  • Supporting increased demand during the NZ Loyalty rollout 
  • Acting as a go-to team member for new loyalty processes and enquiries 
  • Providing feedback on customer trends, pain points and process improvements 
  • Maintaining accurate case management in Salesforce 

 

Who we're looking for

An ideal candidate will be a strong operational performer with proven Customer Support experience. You’ll be confident working in a fast-paced environment, balancing BAU and new processes, while delivering a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

 

You'll need

  • Confidence managing high-volume enquiries end-to-end 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 
  • Clear communication and stakeholder engagement 
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow process 
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment 
  • Experience using Salesforce (or similar systems) preferred
