Crunchtime is seeking a Customer Support Analyst for Integrations & Analytics to join onsite in Watford, full time. You’ll resolve issues in the CrunchTime platform, troubleshoot tickets across tools, and analyze data discrepancies while collaborating with a global team to deliver exceptional service and feed customer needs back to product and engineering. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years remote application support and 2-4 years of customer facing experience, preferably in hospitality, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication. Knowledge of POS systems (Toast, Aloha, Brink, Simphony) and tools like Jira or Zendesk is valued; SQL and API awareness are a plus.
