On a typical day you’ll provide timely and professional support for customer queries and requests, and you’ll gather feedback to help shape better processes and service delivery. You’ll keep an eye on service metrics, spot opportunities for improvement, and coordinate service-related tasks to ensure smooth and successful outcomes for clients.

You’ll assist with customer setup, ongoing data or platform-related requests, and you’ll work with internal teams to resolve issues and meet client needs. You’ll follow established processes and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and consistency, all while maintaining accuracy, quality, and a strong customer focus to meet agreed standards and KPIs, and you’ll build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay, benefits and practical details

The role is onsite in Auckland, NZ and is a full-time position. The benefits package includes a flexible working environment, volunteer time off, LinkedIn Learning access, and an Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP). As part of the recruitment process, NIQ may use artificial intelligence tools at various stages of screening, interview scheduling, and other steps to help streamline workflows, but final hiring decisions remain made by humans and are guided by fairness, transparency and appropriate oversight.

Smart moves for your application

Start your resume with the most relevant customer-support or operations experience, especially anything that shows you’ve managed multiple tasks, deadlines, or data workflows. When you describe your must-have skills, anchor them to concrete examples where you worked with data, systems, and processes to solve a problem or improve a workflow. In interviews, be ready to talk through a time you collaborated with Customer Success, Business Intelligence, and Operations to resolve a client issue and what you did to improve the process. Finally, consider asking about how the team measures service standards and KPIs for the Pacific region and what collaboration across teams looks like in practice.
