Responsibilities

The scope of duties includes technical and sales customer service as well as order entry and tracking. In close coordination with the other departments, the service technician also supports the company in the form of sales controlling, acquisition, and image maintenance of the company. Furthermore, the tasks also include the support of the technical support to improve the quality of customer service. Excerpt of the scope of duties: - Telephone and written customer support - Support in establishing further products and services on the market - Monitoring and recording customer data or entries in our database - Organization of installation training - Maintenance of photovoltaic products and energy storage systems - Field service support for initial installations and maintenance- Technical contact person for the customer during the project

Qualifications

- Ideally completed vocational training in the electrotechnical and renewable energy field. - Very good knowledge of German, English, or any other European language (Chinese a plus) - Good communication skills and professional appearance- Basic computer skills in all common applications - Driving license: class B
