About the Team
The Regional LIVE Operation Strategy Team leads various cross-functional projects. Our key initiatives include developing strategic plans to drive widespread adoption of LIVE at scale among creators, localising new product features, creating user engagement strategies, ensuring a positive creator experience through education on the Community Guidelines and best practices, and providing ad hoc analysis and support to cross-functional partners.

Internship Overview
We're looking for a Data Analyst project intern to join our dynamic LIVE team. In this role, you’ll uncover insights and deliver data-driven recommendations that directly impact how we grow and support our creator ecosystem. You'll work cross-functionally with product, strategy, and operations teams to shape our growth priorities using data and analytical thinking.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-mid term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Examples of Problems You’ll Be Solving:
- What are the best content verticals for us to focus our creator recruitment on?
- How can we build a predictive model to identify high-potential creators early?
- What are the right leading and lagging indicators to measure success against our key OKRs?
- How can we segment creators and users to better personalise support and growth strategies?
- When and how should we educate creators to maximise their long-term retention and performance?
- How can we simplify complex data sets using statistical tools to better diagnose issues and recommend scalable solutions?

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse local and global content and user trends to identify growth opportunities within the EU LIVE ecosystem.
- Participate in the growth and exploration of future AI implementation and direction and be responsible for the data analysis of core business modules.
- Create, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance, OKRs, and key strategic initiatives.
- Develop data models and perform in-depth analyses to support content strategy, creator segmentation, and user engagement.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for regional teams and leadership.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Creator Management, Product, Strategy) to inform decision-making.
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence business strategy.

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Experience with SQL, Python or another related programming language
- To succeed in the role, you need to be a proactive, self-driven and impact driven person
- Be able to work with cross-functional teams in a fast speed environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing actionable conclusions under ambiguity
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new tools, concepts, and workflows, then apply them effectively to practical business problems
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured analysis

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with visualisation platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and narrative based story telling with data is a plus
- Social Media content creation experience and familiarity with live-streaming platforms is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with statistical concepts such as segmentation, regression, or predictive modelling
- Previous internship, academic project, or work experience involving data analysis or business analytics
- Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation frameworks
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks or performance metric design
