FRoSTA AG invites a Data Analyst & Process Automation Expert to join IT in Hamburg or Bremerhaven, starting as soon as possible. This full-time onsite role combines data analysis and visualization to support decisions with opportunities to automate processes using RPA, Python, and Power Automate. You will develop automation solutions, build dashboards in Datasphere and SAP Analytics, and collaborate with departments to streamline workflows. The ideal candidate has a degree in data science, business informatics or a related field, a mindset for self-improvement, and hands-on experience with UiPath or Power Automate. Your tasks: We make the difference together

• Analyze and visualize data to support business decisions
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities
• Develop automation solutions or AI usage skills to code with AI  (e.g., RPA, Python, Power Automate)
• Create dashboards and reports (e.g., Datasphere , SAP Analytics and Business Data cloud)
• Work closely with departments to improve workflows

• Strong skills n elf development and open to learn new things
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) is a plus
