Job Description

The Data Analyst will support data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. The role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights, developing reports and dashboards, and supporting business and operational stakeholders with accurate and timely analytics.

This position is open to UAE Nationals in line with Emiratisation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from internal and external systems to ensure accuracy and reliability

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support management and operational decision-making

  • Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps

  • Support business units by translating analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations

  • Assist in defining data requirements, metrics, and reporting standards in coordination with stakeholders

  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and prepare presentations for senior management

  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational data governance policies

  • Document data models, methodologies, and analysis processes for audit and knowledge-sharing purposes

  • Support automation and improvement of reporting and analytics processes where applicable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may be considered)

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms

  • Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling concepts

  • Experience with Python, R, or similar analytical tools is an advantage
