To apply, showcase 10 years in business facing analytics with judgment, prove your ability to translate complex findings into clear language for stakeholders, and demonstrate SQL and BI skills (Power BI or Qlik preferred). We look beyond the immediate challenge to support people in moments that matter across their lives, and continually push for better solutions for our clients. We invest in and empower our people to stand up for what we believe in and go fearlessly forward together.
We work on real cases, achieving important and positive results in real people’s lives, which is why we are one of Australia’s most respected law firms. Maurice Blackburn, experience you can count on.
This is an opportunity to shape how Australia's largest plaintiff law firm learns, grows and leads.
The opportunity:
Join a firm where analytics has a genuine seat at the table, your insights won't sit in a report nobody reads, they'll shape how one of Australia's leading law firms makes decisions. You'll work alongside a collaborative Digital & Technology team and get direct exposure to senior leadership from day one.
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on analytics leader to step into a senior individual-contributor role for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This isn't a "grow into it" opportunity, we are looking for someone who is already operating at lead level.
You'll sit at the intersection of data, strategy and storytelling, advising our Chief Digital Officer, divisional leaders and cross-functional teams on the insights that shape real business decisions. If you love turning messy, ambiguous business questions into clear, actionable recommendations (and you can back it up with your own hands-on SQL and BI work), we want to hear from you.
Why you’ll love this role:
What you'll bring:
Our shared values represent what we stand for and guide how we act, with Courage; Compassion; Collaboration; Fairness and Tenacity.
We love that you have a life outside of work and we’re happy to support yours. We provide you a safe, supportive and collaborative environment, backed by inclusive leaders and progressive people policies, where you can be your authentic self and thrive. Here we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive culture, enriched by differences in ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, religion, age and family arrangements.
