Oracle is seeking a Data and Analytics Architect for Dubai, onsite, with 8+ years in IT and at least 4 in data integration, warehousing and analytics. The ideal candidate will command the Oracle stack (OCI, Oracle Data Integration, Analytics Cloud), bring AI enablement experience, and design modern hybrid lakehouse architectures that weave Oracle SaaS, on prem and third party systems while applying selective AI capabilities. You will lead customer workshops, demos and solutioning, translate business pain points into data lake solutions, and collaborate across sales, consulting and product engineering. Core Competencies & Skills

• Storytelling: Excellent communication and executive engagement skills; ability to simplify data lakehouse and AI concepts for CxOs.
• Technology Breadth: Strong background in database, integrations, and analytics (Oracle Database and Data Integration platforms, Oracle Analytics Cloud)
• AI Enablement: Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, Machine Learning, Python 
• Demo Innovation: Hands-on capability with Oracle Data Integrator, Python, Oracle Analytics/ Fusion Data Intelligence for creating impactful demos.
• Enterprise Architecture: Ability to design hybrid/multi-cloud architectures with scalability, security, and compliance in mind.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work across sales, consulting, and product engineering teams in highly distributed environments.
• Industry Vertical: Proficiency in at least one Industry vertical will be an added advantage.

 

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of IT/solution architecture experience with at least 4 years in Data integration, warehousing and analytics.
• 3–5 years of solutioning exposure, with practical experience in demos, POCs, or customer workshops.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Data Integration, Oracle Analytics/Fusion Data Intelligence, and multi-cloud ecosystems.
• Familiarity or experience with products like Databricks, Microsoft Fabric
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing both technical and business leaders.

Customer Engagement & Delivery

• Lead customer workshops, demos, and RFP solutioning, translating business pain points into datalake solutions and AI-enabled use cases.
• Articulate Oracle’s AI Data Platform, Analytics and AI solutions to business and IT stakeholders.
• Lead solutioning to deliver compelling demo assets.

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design and propose modern data and analytics architectures—spanning data lakes, lakehouses, and enterprise applications—integrating Oracle SaaS, on-prem, and third-party systems using contemporary integration patterns, while incorporating selective AI capabilities such as vector search, RAG, and intelligent automation where they add business value.
• Provide design decisions, estimates, and staffing/schedule inputs for customer pursuits.

Technical Thought Leadership

• Contribute to best practices through blogs, whitepapers, and reusable Delivery assets.
• Actively participate in Oracle technology forums and represent the Data and Analytics portfolio in external events.
• Mentor junior solution engineers in Delivery methodologies and demo storytelling.

8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.
