We are looking for a Data Coordinator, who will be responsible for managing disk lifecycle and ingest operations in alignment with operational requirements. This includes overseeing disk procurement, allocation, tracking lost/found disks, scrapping, and shipment. Additionally, they monitor data upload and segregation processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The role also involves team coordination through conflict resolution, task delegation, goal setting, time management, and resource allocation. Effective stakeholder management is key, as the Data Coordinator communicates updates and statuses to internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.

Candidate Qualification:

  • High school graduate or equivalent;
  • 5+ years of experience in Hardware Operations and Global Coordination domain;

  • Tech Savy Knowledge about how to handle data center issues;
  • Mandatory hands-on in Excel;
  • Client Management;
  • Mandatory BGV clearance.
