Smart moves for your application
Lead with your level and years in electrical or mechanical work that map to Level I, II or III right at the top of your resume, so the hiring team sees you fit the progression even early on.
When you interview, bring concrete examples that show you can read blueprints or diagrams, test electromechanical assemblies, and work with contractors to verify quality and safety, especially any experience aligning with client expectations and uptime targets.
Be ready to discuss times you maintained uptime under client SOW constraints, how you handled preventive maintenance tasks, and how you communicate findings and actions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ask about how Salute defines and tracks the remote hands SLA, and inquire about current preventive maintenance programs and how success is measured against client requirements. A question like this can show you’re thinking about uptime, safety, and customer outcomes in concrete terms.
