Microsoft is hiring a Data Center Technician in Schiphol, Noord-Holland, onsite to learn standard processes for preparing, installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and decommissioning equipment under guidance. As part of Cloud Operations & Innovation, you will help deliver core infrastructure for Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and Azure, while focusing on safety, security, ticket workflows, and meeting SLAs and KPIs through strong teamwork. Required: completed secondary education or equivalent and basic hardware knowledge, plus the ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check. Preferred: IT equipment experience, certifications such as CompTIA A+ Server+ Network+, and a driving licence. As a Microsoft Data Center Technician (DCT), you will develop an understanding of standard processes and procedures for preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing, and/or decommissioning equipment under the guidance of more experienced Data Center colleagues. Required Qualifications
Completed High/Secondary School, GED, an apprenticeship/vocational qualification, or equivalent experience and basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
