Insignia Financial is seeking an experienced Data Developer to join the Client Channels Technology team and support a major enterprise CRM transformation with Microsoft Dynamics 365. This full time onsite Sydney role reports to the Delivery Lead: CRM and is focused on designing, building and maintaining CRM data assets that power adviser and client experiences, building end to end SQL data pipelines, and ensuring seamless integration with downstream systems. You’ll work with product, delivery and business stakeholders to translate data requirements into reliable, consumable insights and to prioritise the CRM backlog within governance guardrails. The opportunity to join our team

We’re looking for an experienced Data Developer to join our Client Channels Technology team and support the delivery of our enterprise CRM platform. Reporting to the Delivery Lead – CRM, you’ll play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining CRM data assets that enable insight driven decision making across the business.‑driven decision making across the business.

This role starts with a focus on our Advice division and will expand to support other areas of the organisation over time. You’ll work closely with product, delivery, and business stakeholders to ensure CRM data is reliable, consumable, and integrated across our technology landscape. Your work will help shape how data flows through Microsoft Dynamics 365, how reporting supports business outcomes, and how CRM delivers value at scale.

You’ll contribute across the CRM delivery lifecycle, with responsibilities including:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining CRM data assets aligned to business and enterprise standards
• Building and supporting SQL based data solutions and end-to-end ETL processes ‑based data solutions and end‑to‑end ETL processes
• Executing the prioritised CRM backlog in line with enterprise strategy and delivery guardrails
• Creating consumable reports and analytics to support business insights and decision making
• Ensuring seamless integration between Dynamics 365 and downstream systems
• Working closely with product, delivery, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements
• Supporting delivery planning, risk management, and status reporting in line with governance standards
• Contributing to continuous improvement of CRM data practices and processes

What You Bring to This Role

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring strong technical capability combined with a practical, delivery focused mindset:‑focused mindset:

• Experience as a data developer within CRM or enterprise platforms
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Strong SQL development skills and experience delivering end-to-end data pipelines ‑to‑end data pipelines
• Experience with ETL processes and integrating data across complex system landscapes
• Familiarity with data analytics, reporting, and insight generation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret business needs through data ‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret business needs through data
• Clear and effective communication skills, with confidence engaging with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively within agile delivery teams and manage competing priorities
