Insignia Financial is seeking an experienced Data Developer to join the Client Channels Technology team and support a major enterprise CRM transformation with Microsoft Dynamics 365. This full time onsite Sydney role reports to the Delivery Lead: CRM and is focused on designing, building and maintaining CRM data assets that power adviser and client experiences, building end to end SQL data pipelines, and ensuring seamless integration with downstream systems. You’ll work with product, delivery and business stakeholders to translate data requirements into reliable, consumable insights and to prioritise the CRM backlog within governance guardrails. Your work will help shape how data flows through Microsoft Dynamics 365, how reporting supports business outcomes, and how CRM delivers value at scale.
