Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in systems, databases, and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Prepare and generate reports as required.
- Retrieve data for management or team members upon request.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks.
- Identify and report data discrepancies or errors to the supervisor.
- Assist in filing, document management, and other administrative tasks.
- Support other team members with basic clerical duties when required.
