- Registration of patients in the HIS and ensuring accuracy is maintained.
- Attending to the patients and guiding them with their enquiries
- Maintaining good telephone and email etiquette
- Coordinating with the supervisors regarding the patient flow management
- Ensuring that the billing is done in the system accurately as per the guidelines and billing protocols.
- Ensuring that the waiting time is reduced and assisting in improving the same
- Maintaining the correct remarks and updates for various company referrals and coordinating with the relevant team if there is any clarification
- Being up to date with the new tie ups and the billing requirements
- Assisting with related data entry tasks in the other departments
- Assisting with any additional task assigned by the HOD as per the operational requiremen

- Preferably a college graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a receptionist in a patient focused environment and operation of multi-line switchboard system.
- Proficient technology application skills; Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) MS Outlook & Internet explorer skills.
- Must have an exceptional interpersonal skill, maturity, good judgment and be capable of communicating in a professional manner with diverse range of individuals, superior telephone etiquette
- Patient focused; service oriented; patient & understanding.
- Efficient organizational skills; ability to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure while maintaining composure
- Reliable, punctual, dependable, and responsive.
- Excellent command of oral and written English. Arabic language advantageous/desirable but not essential.
