McAuley Community Services for Women seeks a Part-time Data & Insights Specialist to design data systems and reporting that strengthen services and inform funding decisions. In Footscray, you’ll report to the Head of Innovation and translate data into practical outcomes, promoting safer futures. Responsibilities: timely reporting, data quality improvements, tracking trends, building data literacy across teams, and identifying risks and opportunities. Ideal candidates have data systems and outcomes measurement experience plus quantitative and qualitative analysis; BI exposure is a plus. The role is 22.8 hours per week, with Criminal History and Working with Children checks required. As a Data & Insights Specialist, you’ll design and deliver impactful data systems, insights and reporting that strengthen services, inform decisions, and support innovation.
Working with the Head of Innovation & Business Development, you’ll help shape a culture of evidence, quality, and continuous improvement - turning data into meaningful outcomes that support safer, more stable futures.
