UAB is seeking a Data Management Analyst for Facilities to lead the development and management of enterprise data solutions that support Facilities Management operations and decision making. You will design data models and ETL/ELT pipelines, consolidate data from work management, building automation, GIS, energy and space management systems, and ensure data quality, governance, and security while exploring emerging technologies. You will create dashboards and BI solutions to inform operational planning, asset management, regulatory compliance, and executive decisions, and translate stakeholder needs into scalable technical solutions. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field and five years of experience, or equivalent. Starting salary $67,070 to $108,990; full-time onsite, University location. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and five (5) years of related experience. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
PERSONAL:
Must be able to possess the necessary physical requirements, with or without the aid of mechanical devices, to safely perform tasks requiring sitting and staring at a computer screen for extended periods of time, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, kneeling, and extensive walking significant distances between and within buildings on campus.
